Youth Ministry Mission Statement

Our remission as young saved Christians is to extend pour hand out to the young people conformed to this world- and let them know that in Christ Jesus there is life and life more abundantly. As we serve in numerous ministries and participate in activities and projects in our church, we believe that our ministry is outside these four walls. We are serious about the Lord’s work and we still have fun while doing it. Proverbs 15:13 says: “A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken”. So you see in Christ there is no reason for us to go around with our heads hanging down. We are on a mission with a vision and understanding to reach out and save souls- by lifting Him up, through biblical teaching, and showing the young unbeliever that even in your youth you can serve God with a sincere heart and not imitate the world while doing it but imitate Christ and live as He would have you. We thank God for our Pastor here at First Samuel that leads by example, and allows us to serve God in the fullest capacity possible.
